East Windsor, CT-based Collins Pipe & Supply Co., an industrial distributor of pipe, valves and fittings, and engineered specialties serving the Northeast, has purchased Power House Supply Inc. of Newburyport, MA.
The acquisition was finalized on Jan. 1 for an undisclosed amount, with a plan for all of the Power House employees to remain in place to manage and operate the new Collins location. The acquisition expands Collins Pipe & Supply Co, Inc. distribution and engineering services into the largest industrial marketplace in the New England region, according to a release.
