Colony Hardware Corporation has announced the purchase of the opening assets of Bernie’s Tool and Fastener Services Inc. in a transaction completed in August. Colony Hardware is a distributor of tools, fasteners, safety products and construction supplies with headquarters in Orange, CT. Colony Hardware representatives say the arrangement will help expand the company’s business in the Florida market.
The mailing addresses for the business will remain the same and the business will trade as Colony hardware Corporation, dba Bernie’s Tool and Fastener. In addition, Bernie’s will continue to do their own purchasing. Colony is only assuming the trade accounts payable as part of the transaction.
