Christian Harm Appointed Management Board Member of Linde Material Handling

The Supervisory Board of Linde Material Handling GmbH has appointed Christian Harm to the Management Board of Linde Material Handling for a period of four years with effect from Jan. 1.

Aschaffenburg — The Supervisory Board of Linde Material Handling GmbH has appointed Christian Harm to the Management Board of Linde Material Handling for a period of four years with effect from Jan. 1, 2019. As member of the Management Board, he will be responsible for Finance, which has recently been managed by the Chairman of the Management Board Andreas Krinninger. Christian Harm will also be responsible for the production sites in Aschaffenburg and Weilbach.

Christian Harm has been the KION Group's Executive Vice President Corporate Strategy since 2012 and as such has had a considerable influence on the Company's strategy. Prior to this, he managed the Purchasing department for Linde AG's material handling business from 2003 onwards and was appointed Vice President Purchasing of the KION Group in 2006. Between 1999 and 2003, he worked at the management consultancy McKinsey, and from 1992 to 1998 held a variety of administrative positions at Unilever. Christian Harm studied economics at Vienna University of Economics and Business and the University of St. Gallen.

Andreas Krinninger, Chairman of the Management Board of Linde Material Handling, states: "I am pleased that in Christian Harm we will have an experienced executive from within the Group with many years of wide-ranging technical experience reinforcing the Management Board of Linde Material Handling.
