HOUSTON — NOW Inc.’s U.S. subsidiary, DNOW, has announced exclusive international distribution agreements with Puradyn Filter Technologies Inc. and Badger Meter, both for the oil and gas industry.

Through an exclusive global master distribution agreement with Puradyn Filter Technologies, DNOW will distribute and service Puradyn bypass oil filtration products in the oil and gas, industrial and manufacturing services industries.

Puradyn Filter Technologies, Incorporated designs, manufactures and markets puraDYN Oil Filtration Systems, which are bypass oil filtration products available for internal combustion engines, transmissions and hydraulic applications. Puradyn systems continuously clean lubricating oil and replenish base additives to maintain oil viscosity to safely and significantly extend oil change intervals and engine life.

Through an exclusive international distribution agreement with Badger Meter, DNOW will distribute and service the diverse line of Badger Meter flow measurement and control technologies to DNOW oil and gas customers worldwide.
