The most telling feature of these new dome signal lights is the 200 percent to 500 percent increase in luminosity over previous generation LEDs. Four high-visibility colors are available: blue (1600 mcd), red (1800 mcd), amber (2000 mcd) and green (3700 mcd) and all have durable acrylic resin domes. This new generation of maintenance-free LED signal lights feature a triple-reflection system that provideboth enhanced visibility and much lower power consumption compared to comparably-rated incandescents, says the company. Power consumption ranges from just 1.2W to 6.4W depending on the color and input voltage.
