Valley Cottage, NY – From Aremco Products, Aremco-Bond 2310 is a two-part, gray-pigmented, medium viscosity, flexible, epoxy adhesive used in applications requiring ultra high bond strengths up to 4,770 psi and temperature resistance to 365 oF (185 °C). This adhesive is ceramic-filled and provides an exceptional combination of high shear and peel strengths. It also provides excellent impact and vibration resistance and good stability in autoclave conditions. Additional properties include a high flexural strength of 12,000 psi, volume resistivity of 3.0 x 1013, dielectric strength of 410 volts/mil, and dielectric constant of 4.28 at 1 kHz. Exceptional chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, organic fluids, and salts, is also provided. Aremco-Bondtm 2310 is a 100% solids epoxy that is mixed in a ratio of 100 parts resin to 100 parts hardener by weight. Mixed viscosity is 38,000 centipoise (cP) and the pot life for a 100 gram mass is approximately 45 minutes. Recommended cure is 2 hours at 150 oF or 48 hours at room temperature.
