F.W. Webb Acquires Trenton, NJ-Based Lincoln Supply

The move gains F.W. Webb its fourth New Jersey location and expands its service to Bucks County, NJ and eastern Pennslyvania, including greater Philadelphia.

Bedford, MA-based F.W. Webb — No. 22 on Industrial Distribution's 2015 Big 50 List — announced Monday that it has acquired Trenton, NJ-based Lincoln Supply.

The move gains F.W. Webb its fourth New Jersey location and expands its service to Bucks County, NJ and eastern Pennslyvania, including greater Philadelphia.

F.W. Webb said Lincoln Supply boosts its line of industrial PVF and supporting products and services.

"The new F.W. Webb location in Trenton will remain a one-stop wholesale resource for the area’s industrial and institutional professionals and commercial and mechanical contractors," F.W. Webb said in a release. "Staffed with retained Lincoln Supply associates and current F.W. Webb employees, the Trenton location will continue offering counter service, pipe fabrication, and assistance with the government procurement process,"

Lincoln Supply is located at 92 Lincoln Ave. in Trenton. F.W. Webb has three other New Jersey industrial products wholesale locations in Elmwood, North Brunswick and Pleasantville. The North Brunswick and Pleasantville locations were added in May 2015 via the acquisition of Grant Supply.

F.W. Webb said it is rebranding all its New Jersey locations as F.W. Webb locations.

“Like Lincoln Supply, F.W. Webb is a third-generation, family-owned business with a long history as a distributor of quality products and services for industrial and commercial customers,” said Larry Thiel, president of Lincoln Supply. “My family and I have total confidence in F.W. Webb’s ability to serve our customers with the same commitment to quality and service upon which Lincoln Supply build its nearly 85-year reputation.”

It's been a busy past few months of growth for F.W. Webb. On April 8, it announced the acquisition of Seabrook, NH-based Seabrook Supply. On March 9, it announced the acquisition of Malden, MA and Londonderry, NH-based Water Works Supply and the creation of a Water Works division
