HOUSTON — Don Poarch and Joe Swinbank, co-founders of the Sprint Companies, on Tuesday announced their acquisition of A&B Valve and Piping Systems. Under the leadership of Poarch and Swinbank, A&B Valve and Piping Systems will build on its current offerings to further serve the needs of the energy industry.

Since 1972, A&B Valve and Piping Systems has supplied pipe, valve, fittings (PVF) and more to the oil and gas, petrochemical, power and other industrial industries. Poarch and Swinbank’s long-standing experience in the market – growing and operating over 30 service-oriented businesses in their 39 years as partners – will guide A&B Valve and Piping Systems to continue to meet and exceed customer expectations.
