SOUTH BEND, IN — Royal Adhesives & Sealants announced Monday that it has acquired the stock of Adhesive Systems Inc. (ASI).
Based in Frankfort, IL, ASI develops, manufactures, and markets cyanoacrylate, methyl methacrylate, epoxy and anaerobic adhesives and sells to the assembly adhesives market through a large network of global distributors.
“We are excited to acquire ASI and partner with the company’s founders Ed Koziol and Gary Johnson, both of whom are long-time adhesive industry entrepreneurs and have built a leading assembly adhesives business," said Ted Clark, Royal CEO. "ASI will continue to operate under Ed and Gary’s leadership as part of Royal.
