IBC Adds New Independent Distributor, Preferred Supplier

Industrial Buyers Consortium adds a Connecticut-based specialized industrial tool and metalworking fluid distributor, and a Lombard, Illinois-based manufacturer of clamping tools.

EAST GRANBY, CT –– Industrial Buyers Consortium (IBC) has announced the addition of Lindco Springfield to its growing network of independent distributor members. An industrial distributor that’s been servicing customers in Connecticut and western Massachusetts since 1959, Lindco Springfield is a third-generation, family-owned business Logo Smallthat’s focused on providing a high level of customer service and innovative products.

Kevin Ford, Sales Manager, said the distributor aligned itself with IBC this year because the organization supports Lindco Springfield’s continuous diversification of product offerings. “We look forward to working with the many different suppliers and members of this group,” Ford said, “as we all strive to succeed in this ever-changing industry.”

A specialized industrial tool and metalworking fluid distributor, Lindco Springfield supports machine shops in the Western Massachusetts and Connecticut region and services the aerospace/defense, medical, firearms, and automotive industries, among others. “We not only provide the highest quality tools and coolants, but we also provide solutions – from concept to quality parts completion,” said Ford.

With a certified staff that has over 150 years combined cutting tool and coolant experience, Lindco Springfield’s technical knowledge – and the ability to apply that knowledge to its customers’ needs – is second to none, Ford continued.

IBC has also announced the addition of Bilz Tool Co. USA, as theLogo_low resolution organization’s newest Preferred Supplier. Bilz tool clamping systems are used worldwide on a broad variety of machines and in a multitude of applications. The company prides itself in its continual process of development – a commitment that leads to ongoing improvement of existing product lines plus innovative new products.
