TACOMA, WA — Stellar Industrial Supply announced on Thursday the signing of a definitive agreement to join forces with Impact Industrial Supplies, of Tampa Bay, FL. The closing of the transaction is scheduled for June 1. Terms were not disclosed.
After the combination is completed, Stellar, headquartered in Tacoma, WA, will have approximately 171 employees. Stellar will have a total of 12 branches; in addition to the headquarters facility in Tacoma, Stellar will have the following branches; Portland, OR, Albany, OR, Eugene, OR, Everett, WA, Ferndale, WA, Seattle, WA, Spokane, WA, Pasco, WA, Upland, CA, Billings, MT, and Tampa, FL.
