Ryan Herco Flow Solutions Acquires Engineered Machinery

Aiming to leverage EMI's advanced capabilities, Ryan Herco looks to take its value-added services offering to a new level.

BURBANK, CA — Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a specialty distributor of flow solutions for mission critical fluids, announced Wednesday that it has completed the acquisition of Engineered Machinery Incorporated (EMI) headquartered in Tualatin, OR.

Chuck Moyer, CEO of Ryan Herco, stated, “I couldn’t be more pleased to join up with the EMI Team. Our vision is to leverage EMI’s advanced capabilities to take Ryan Herco’s value-added services offering to a new level.” Moyer added, “We will be able to immediately increase EMI’s volumes in Pump Repair and Fabrication and, longer term, adopt EMI’s processes to streamline the complementary service offerings at Ryan Herco.”

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions distributes high purity and corrosion resistant fluid handling systems and high value filtration products. EMI is a high purity fluid handling and pump repair distributor providing products and services for the microelectronics and general industrial market segments.
