SupplyCore To Provide MRO Tools To Defense Logistics Agency

Under the contract, federal civilian agencies, as well as the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps can utilize SupplyCore's MRO products through March 10, 2010.

Rockford, IL-based SupplyCore has been awarded a five-year, $90 million contract to deliver maintenance, repair, and operations items to U.S. military and civilian government agencies, according to a contracts listing put out Wednesday by the U.S. Department of Defense.

The release states that SupplyCore will provide MRO supplies for Defense Logistics Agency's North central region through March 10, 2020. The U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps can utilize SupplyCore's MRO products, as well as federal civilian agencies.

SupplyCore was chosen out of 10 contract proposals to DLA through a competitive procurement. DLA will use defense fiscal 2015 defense working capital funds for the program.
