Graybar CEO Receives NAED 2015 Trailblazer Award

According to NAED, the award honors Mazzarella’s outstanding and dedicated service to the association, its Women in Industry Forum, and the electrical distribution industry at large.

ST. LOUIS — The National Association of Electrical Distributors announced Thursday that Graybar Chairman, President and CEO Kathy Mazzarella is the 2015 Women in Industry Trailblazer Award recipient. Mazzarella will be recognized at the Welcome Dinner during the Women in Industry Forum taking place June 23-26 at the Westin Denver Downtown Hotel in Denver, CO. 

The award honors Mazzarella’s outstanding and dedicated service to the association, its Women in Industry Forum, and the electrical distribution industry at large. 

During her 35-year career with Graybar, she has held leadership positions in sales, marketing, human resources and strategic planning. She holds an associate degree in telecommunications engineering, a bachelor’s degree in applied behavioral sciences and a master’s degree in business administration. Mazzarella serves on the boards of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, United Way of Greater St. Louis, St. Louis Regional Chamber and the NAW Institute. She also serves on the NAED Channel Advantage Partnership Council and the Advisory Board for the Webster University School of Business and Technology. In addition, she is a member of the International Women’s Forum.
