Graybar Acquires Advantage Industrial Automation

Advantage provides control and automation solutions to industrial users, OEMs, and system integrators. It has six locations in the southeastern United States.

St. Louis based electrical distributor Graybar announced Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire Duluth, GA-based Advantage Industrial Automation. The transaction is scheduled to close on April 1, 2015.

Founded in 1989, Advantage provides control and automation solutions to industrial users, original equipment manufacturers, and system integrators. It has six locations in the southeastern United States. As a subsidiary of Graybar, Advantage Industrial Automation will keep its name and operate with the same employees, leadership team, and suppliers.
