Houston, TX-based GXH Industrial, a United Distribution Company, announced Tuesday that it has acquired Tennessee-based Fugitt Rubber and Supply Co.
Fugitt is a value-added distributor of fluid sealing and fluid transfer products including custom fabricated industrial, hydraulic and metal hose, gaskets and other industrial products. Fugitt’s core customer base has historically consisted of steel mills, food & beverage processing plants, petrochemical plants and OEMs.
FR&S operates two branches – a 25,000 square foot facility in Memphis, Tennessee and an 18,000 square foot facility in Jackson, Tenn. It has a combined staff of approximately 40 comployees.
