Fastenal Executive Vice President of Sales Steven A. Rucinski notified president and CEO Leland J. Hein that he intends to retire from his position effective May 15, 2015. Rucinski informed Hein on Feb. 6.
Rucinski, 57, has been one of Fastenal's executive vice presidents of sales since November 2007. His responsibilities include sales and operational oversight over all of our international business, except for Canada. Prior to 2007, he served in various sales leadership roles, most recently as leader of national accounts. Rucinski joined the Company in 1980.
