NAED Education & Research Foundation Expands Educational Offering

Two new online courses teach how to grow staff expertise, and increase customer profitability.

ST. LOUIS — On Wednesday the National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED) Education & Research Foundation launched two new online courses in support of its commitment to meeting the training and education needs of the electrical distribution industry.

"Due to the contributions of our generous supporters, we are proud to be able to offer these new education courses to help further the professional growth of those working in the industry,” said Michelle McNamara, executive director of the NAED Education & Research Foundation.

New courses include:

  • “Knowledge Share: Grow Your Staff Expertise” teaches managers how to document and share knowledge that may be exiting a position due to advancement, retirement, or the person leaving the company. Watch a short preview.
  • “Boost Profits: Increase Customer Profitability” shows how to identify customers based upon a matrix of volume and profit and determine methods so that those customers can become even more profitable. Watch a short preview.

Both courses are available on the NAED Learning Center.
