Motion Industries, No. 9 on Industrial Distribution's 2014 Big 50 List, has agreed to acquire Orlando, FL-based Miller Bearings, effective Wednesday and for the first quarter of 2015.
Miller Bearings is an independent distributor in Florida for industrial MRO products, including bearings, power transmission products, fluid power, electrical and automation components, as well as safety and industrial supplies. Miller serves customers from 17 locations. Miller has been in business for 67 years and currently employees more than 130 people, according to company president and CEO William Bieberbach.
