Hydradyne Names New President

David Parks, a 34-year Hydradyne employee with 36 years of experience in fluid power, takes over leadership of the company.

FORT WORTH, TX — The Board of Directors of LOR, Inc., Hydradyne’s parent company, named David Parks the President of Hydradyne, LLC in the 4th quarter of 2014. Mr. Parks, formerly in the position of Executive Vice President, has 36 years of fluid power experience and has been employed with Hydradyne for the past 34 years. David Parks began in outside sales for the company, and then managed a major branch for 10 years before taking over a companywide management position in 1996. Since that time the company has grown from $28 million in revenue to $260 million, and has become one of the largest Parker Hannifin distributors in North America.

“David Parks has done an exemplary job in every assignment he has undertaken in his 34 years with Hydradyne. The unprecedented growth of the company since Mr. Parks assumed an executive leadership position in 1996 speaks volumes about his ability,” stated LOR, Inc. Vice President Ken Carroll.

Mr. Carroll continued, “Mr. Park’s experience in various facets of the business has given him a mix of leadership skills and industry experience which make him uniquely qualified to assume the helm at this time.
