ST. LOUIS — The National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED) announces Allison Olden has selected for the newly created position of Talent Recruitment and Retention Specialist.
 
Developed in response to NAED members expressing a desire for assistance in their recruitment and retention efforts, this position will play a critical role in bringing the best possible talent into the industry.
 
“We are excited to welcome Allison to the NAED team,” said Michelle McNamara, NAED senior vice president and executive director of the NAED Education & Research Foundation. “She brings with her a wealth of experience in the area of talent recruitment.  

Olden has a B.S. in Business Administration and several years of experience in talent recruitment and placement and will be responsible for creating and delivering tools and resources for recruitment and retention initiatives throughout the electrical distribution industry.
 
NAED is the trade association for the $70+ billion electrical distribution industry. Through networking, education, research, and benchmarking, NAED helps electrical distributors increase profitability and improve the channel. NAED’s membership operates in more than 5,100 locations internationally.
