IBC Welcomes Three New Preferred Suppliers, SMO Catalog Partnership

The August activity increases IBC's reach as one of North America’s leading alliances of industrial, bearing & power transmission, electrical, and sub-assembly distributors.

Industrial Buyers Consortium (IBC) had a busy August, adding three new preferred suppliers and a new relationship with SMO Catalog Marketing, increasing its reach as one of North America’s leading alliances of industrial, bearing & power transmission, electrical, and sub-assembly distributors.

The preferred suppliers IBC added were Safehouse Signs, Inc., announced Aug. 5, Keystone Safety, Inc. on Aug. 8, and Mil-Tec on Aug. 26.

Safehouse Signs was added as a supplier of industrial safety identification products, systems, and OSHA, ANSI, DOT, NFPA, and EPA compliance products. The company’s most popular products include safety signs, tags, marking tapes, traffic control products, lock out/tag out products, pipe and voltage markers, and valve tags.

Keystone Safety was added as a supplier of protective disposable apparel. The company manufactures aprons and sleeves, shoe covers, lab coats, coveralls, bouffants, hair nets, beard covers, and custom covers for the food production and processing, industrial safety, pharmaceutical, medical device, laboratory, aerospace, and healthcare industries.

Mil-Tec was added as a supplier of high-performance, indexable carbide milling systems. Headquartered in Fort Myers, Fla., Mil-Tec manufactures products that include the renowned Freedom Cutter, the High Velocity end mill, the Heavy Duty Cutter, a variety of face mills, shell mills, shank style indexable end mills, and a complete family of compatible, precision-ground carbide inserts.
