Epicor Forms Retail Executive Council

The Epicor Retail Executive Council held its first meeting at the Epicor Insights Customer Users Conference in April in Las Vegas.

Epicor Software Corporation, a global leader in business software solutions for manufacturing, distribution, retail and services organizations, announced Thursday the formation of an executive council focused on steering best-in-class strategic retail solution initiatives.

The Epicor Retail Executive Council is comprised of leaders who are influential voices in the retail sector, and who are champions in leveraging solutions and technology to further innovate in mobility, omni-channel retailing, customer engagement, globalization and other key retail imperatives. The CIO Council members include: John Hnanicek, Charming Charlie; Pablo Hutterer, Grupo Axo; Joe DeSantis, Michael Kors; Jeff Lauro, Payless ShoeSource; Diane Randolph, Reitmans; Dan Kelly, Road Runner Sports; Mike Holland, rue21; Norm Veit, Nine West Holdings, Inc.; and, Jim Walsh, TUMI.

The Epicor Retail Executive Council held its first meeting at the Epicor Insights Customer Users Conference in April in Las Vegas. Council members are responsible for advising and making recommendations on the Epicor Retail strategic direction as well as providing input and confirming interest in proposed areas of development, acquisitions, and partnerships for Epicor. Each member of the Epicor Retail Executive Council will serve a two-year term; the group will meet in person semi-annually and will share feedback with Epicor Retail executives and council members on a regular basis.
