Long Beach, CA — UTi Worldwide Inc., a global supply chain services and solutions company, announced that Jeff Hammond was appointed Senior Vice President, Global Sales. Hammond joined UTi in 2010 as Global Vice President, Customs Brokerage and Compliance, a newly created position which was part of the organization’s development of global product leadership overseeing growth and service delivery of its core products.

As the global sales leader, Hammond will direct the regional sales vice presidents, global vertical market sales leaders, sales operations and the supply chain design and innovation team. He is also a member of the company's executive board.
