The 2014 Leadership Development Conference was led by Randy Disharoon, Director - Global Strategic Accounts for Rexnord Industries, LLC. During this conference participants focused on building their leadership potential. In four sessions, participants learned to:

  • Build Within: Implementing Personal Growth and Development Skills
  • Build Around: Recruiting and Retaining the Best Talent
  • Build Up: Making the "Dream Team"
  • Build Down: Creating a Legacy for the Next Generation

In the General Education Session, Robert W. Wendover, Managing Director of The Center for Generational Studies, presented a frank, informative, and entertaining discussion about improving the productivity and communication within today's age-diverse power transmission organization.
