Tennant Company Named To Forbes "100 Most Trustworthy Companies in America"

Companies that make the list have the 100 highest scores for trustworthy behavior over the four quarters of the previous fiscal year. Tennant’s average score for the past year was 94 and its current AGR score is 98 out of a possible 100.

Minneapolis, MN - Tennant Company, a designer, manufacturer, and marketer of solutions that help create a cleaner, safer, healthier world was named to Forbes’ 2014 list of “100 Most Trustworthy Companies in America.” GMI Ratings, a company that specializes in the creation of non-traditional risk measures for financial analysis, compiles the annual list of publicly traded businesses in North America. Tennant’s average score for the past year was 94 and its current AGR score is 98 out of a possible 100.

GMI reviewed the accounting and governance practices of more than 8,000 public companies in North America looking at factors that are viewed as indicators of a company’s credibility. Separated by large, mid and small cap companies, Tennant Company was one of six Minnesota companies to be recognized by the Forbes’ list. Apogee Enterprises, Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc., Capella Education Company, Hawkins, Inc., and Patterson Companies, Inc. were also honored.
