The acquisition of Superior Seals and Services, announced on September 20, 2013, provides the Company with an increased customer base and expedited delivery options to new and existing customers.

(OTCBB:STCC) (the "Company"), a supplier of hydraulic and pneumatic seals to the automotive and industrial marketplace, today announced that it has fully integrated its most recent acquisition, Superior Seals and Service. The acquisition of Superior Seals and Services, announced on September 20, 2013, provides the Company with an increased customer base and expedited delivery options to new and existing customers.

Since the purchase of its recent acquisition, Sterling Consolidated has integrated its business and accounting procedures with its new strategic North Carolina location. This integration has exposed established customers to new products which has led to increased revenue and enhanced service with new business stemming from Sterling's accounts.
