Minneapolis, MN — Insite Software announced the addition of Pete Geherin as vice president of operations and Jon Greene as vice president of customer success. Geherin and Greene help solidify Insite’s management team as the company expands its global footprint in the fast-growing B2B eCommerce marketplace, having added more than 170 customers in the last 24 months.

Geherin brings more than 16 years’ experience in enterprise operations, including leadership roles in enterprise web-based delivery and implementation. Most recently, he served as the director of professional services at Jobs2Web, which then became SAP following the company’s December 2011 acquisition. Prior to the acquisition, Geherin served as the vice president of operations. Before joining Jobs2Web, Geherin was group vice president of client services at Digital River and was directly responsible for global project management and the delivery of client-facing projects.

“B2B eCommerce is at a tipping point and Insite Software – with its innovative technology and deep expertise -- is well-positioned to lead the market,” said Geherin. “I am excited to be a part of the Insite team and to support the delivery and implementation of our leading eCommerce and fulfillment solutions to help companies successfully compete in the digital era.”

Greene will lead Insite’s Customer Success team to drive ongoing client value, measurable business impact and develop long-term strategic client partnerships. He has more than 18 years’ experience in customer lifecycle management and strategic account management in the software and interactive marketing space. Before joining Insite, he served as senior director of customer value at SAP Cloud. Prior to this, Greene was vice president of client strategy at Jobs2Web.

“My role is to ensure our customers have a trusted advisor to help them track, measure and optimize their performance and ensure their eCommerce business goals are met every step of the way,” said Greene. “The InsiteCommerce platform offers significant advantages in helping customers save time and expand their eCommerce footprint to generate more revenue – all of which drive greater value, lower the cost of deployment, and create a significant competitive advantage.”

“Insite recognizes the importance of customer empowerment; to this end, we’re committed to providing the right solutions, expertise and resources, to ensure successful eCommerce initiatives,” said Steve Shaffer, chief executive officer, Insite Software. “We’re phenomenally excited to welcome Pete and Jon to the Insite team, who both have extensive experience in delivering implementation services and support for millions of users. Their efforts will maintain the integrity of Insite’s renowned service and value proposition, even as the company continues to grow rapidly.”
