Radnor, PA - Airgas, Inc. announced that Kevin McDougal has been named President - Airgas Great Lakes Region, reporting to Shaun Powers, President - Airgas North Division. McDougal replaces Kevin McBride who was recently named President - Airgas South Region.
McDougal most recently worked as an Area Vice President in the Airgas Great Lakes and East regions for five years. He joined Airgas in 2004 as an Account Manager in the Great Lakes region and became a Sales Manager in 2006. Prior to joining Airgas, McDougal worked for Linde as a district manager for three years. McDougal began his career with AGA Gas, Inc., which was later acquired by Linde, where he served as a branch manager from 1989 until 1992 and a sales representative until 2001. McDougal holds a bachelor's degree in business management and chemical engineering from John Carroll University and a master's degree from Ashland University.
"Kevin has had an exemplary career with Airgas in our Great Lakes and East regions and has well-rounded knowledge of the business," said Powers. "He has consistently achieved top business results and surpassed sales goals while effectively leading his team. I'm confident that he will bring his success as an area vice president into his role of President of the Great Lakes region."
