Epicor Appoints Donna Troy EVP & GM For ERP Americas

Troy will lead operations and have responsibility for the Epicor enterprise resource planning (ERP), wholesale distribution and human capital management (HCM) business in the Americas.

Epicor Strengthens Leadership Team With Addition of Prominent Enterprise Software and Technology Executive

Dublin, CA - Epicor Software Corporation announced the appointment of Donna Troy as executive vice president and general manager for ERP Americas, reporting to Epicor President and Chief Executive Officer Pervez Qureshi. Troy will lead operations and have responsibility for the Epicor enterprise resource planning (ERP), wholesale distribution and human capital management (HCM) business in the Americas.

An award-winning software executive, Troy headed global go-to-market strategy and execution at companies including Dell, SAP, McAfee and IBM, and brings more than 35 years of industry experience to the ERP Americas role. In particular, her proven focus in strengthening customer and partner relationships for both enterprise and small to medium size business segments will be instrumental in driving continued success for Epicor in the distribution, manufacturing and services industries. Leveraging her global experience, Troy will also focus on expanding the company's presence and growth in Latin America.

Prior to joining Epicor, Troy served as vice president and general manager of a multi-billion dollar enterprise solutions segment at Dell. During her time at SAP, Troy drove strategic growth of its SMB business playing a key role in the company's successful transition to a hybrid, multi-channel SME model resulting in significant year-over-year license revenue growth. As executive vice president, global channels and SMB at McAfee, Troy transformed the channel strategy and drove SMB sales and market share growth.

Troy played a key role in orchestrating the turnaround of Tivoli Systems' worldwide channels, alliances and services business after its acquisition by IBM. She began her career at IBM where she developed a strong executive management foundation through successful roles in sales management, systems engineering and services. Troy was IBM's first global solution developer alliances executive, responsible for building the new business unit to a multi-billion dollar revenue contributor.
