Interline Brands Awarded The U.S. Communities Contract

Interline Brands Inc announced it has been awarded a multi-year contract to supply cleaning products and equipment to participants of the U.S. Communities Government Purchasing Alliance. Beginning today, over 90,000 state and local agencies, schools, and nonprofit organizations will have access to Interline's cleaning products, equipment, and services through U.S. Communities' new online marketplace.

Jacksonville, FL - Interline Brands Inc., a leading distributor and direct marketer of broad-line maintenance, repair, and operations products, announced it has been awarded a multi-year contract to supply cleaning products and equipment to participants of the U.S. Communities Government Purchasing Alliance ("U.S. Communities"). Beginning today, over 90,000 state and local agencies, schools, and nonprofit organizations will have access to Interline's cleaning products, equipment, and services through U.S. Communities' new online marketplace.

Participating agencies in California, Arizona, and Nevada will be supplied by Interline's CleanSource brand, while agencies in all other states and the District of Columbia will be served by Interline's AmSan brand.

The Fresno Unified School District served as the lead public agency. The three year contract, that includes two one-year renewal options, was awarded to Interline after the careful evaluation of proposals from competing suppliers.
