HD Supply Waterworks Agrees to Acquire Water Products of Oklahoma, Arkansas Water Products and Municipal Water Works Supply

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 21, 2012--HD Supply Waterworks, an HD Supply business that distributes a complete line of water, sewer, fire protection and storm-drain products to serve the needs of contractors and municipalities in the water, wastewater, storm and fire protection markets, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase substantially all the assets of Water Products of Oklahoma, Inc., Arkansas Water Products, LLC, and Municipal Water Works Supply, LP (collectively doing business as “Water Products”). Headquartered in Owasso, Okla., Water Products is a distributor of water, sewer and gas system installations and maintenance products and repair services. The expected closing is on or about December 3.
