SCS Supply Group Inc. Changes Operating Name to Applied Industrial Technologies
Saskatoon, Saskatchewan - Applied Industrial Technologies, LP announced today that its SCS Supply Group Inc. business, including Toronto Bearing & Belting, CBS Equipment, and Jake's Bearings, has changed its operating name to Applied Industrial Technologies, effective April 1, 2012.
Applied Industrial Technologies, LP, headquartered in Saskatoon, SK, is the Canadian-operated subsidiary of Applied Industrial Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: AIT), one of North America's leading independent distributors of bearings, power transmission components, fluid power components and systems, rubber products, linear components, and general maintenance supplies. The name change will serve to effectively leverage the resources and benefits of being part of the Applied Industrial Technologies organization.
