Storeroom Solutions Names Addis Chief Procurement Officer

RADNOR, PA – Storeroom Solutions Inc., the fastest growing independent MRO integrated supply specialist in the country, announces the addition of Paul Addis to its executive team as chief procurement officer (CPO). He joins Storeroom Solutions after working for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals (now Pfizer), most recently as vice president and CPO for the company’s worldwide operations.

His addition to the staff supports our growth path while further enhancing our already strong capability to deliver exceptional service and superior savings to our customers. In his new role, Addis is responsible for Storeroom Solutions’ strategic sourcing direction and company-wide purchasing operations. “I am very pleased to join a best-in-class organization like Storeroom Solutions and look forward to working with both the customers and management team,” said Addis.

Addis joined Wyeth as a purchasing agent in 1984 and held numerous roles in production operations, materials management and procurement. He served as Assistant Vice President of North American Strategic Sourcing and as Vice President of Global Production Material Sourcing. He was promoted to CPO in 2008 where he was responsible for $9.3 billion of external spend for the company’s three divisions: Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health and Ft. Dodge Animal Health.  Most recently he worked as the principal consultant for ADCO Strategy Consulting providing operational and strategy consulting focused on helping companies drive competitive advantage through process improvement and procurement excellence.

Addis holds a B.S. and MBA from St. Joseph’s University (Philadelphia).
