WHAT'S NEW FOR 2016 AT THE ISA ANNUAL CONVENTION
Ever-popular and always growing, the ISA Annual Convention always has plenty to offer that’s new and improved. Here are a few examples of what’s new and exciting for this year:
CONVENTION THEME
This year’s convention theme is “Go for the Innovation Gold.” It’s symbolic for what we think makes this industry great: Our competitive spirit, our constant desire to innovate and adapt, and the pride we take in a job well done.
NEW OPENING AND CLOSING RECEPTIONS
New this year, the ISA Convention will have both an Opening Reception on Saturday night (following the Opening Session), and a Closing Party on Monday night (following Supplier Day).
Start off the convention with a visit to the speakeasy-themed reception, where you can catch up over a classic cocktail and soak up of the little Old Chicago vibe.
For our closing party, we plan to close the 2016 Convention with championship style. The Olympic-themed party will be one-part sports and two-parts Rio! Bring your competitive spirit and get in on the fun.
UPDATED CONVENTION APP
The ISA Convention App has been updated for 2016, offering several great new features such as user-to-user direct messaging and search for distributors/IMRs via interactive floor maps. The app is even universal to all ISA events, meaning you can use the same app at the annual convention as you would at the WISE, Emerging Leader or IMR Summits! Developed by Crowd Compass, the top event app company in the country, the app's features include:
- NEW! Viewing your final Network Now meeting schedule while onsite at the Convention
- NEW! Direct messaging with other users
- NEW! Search for distributors and IMRs via interactive floor map
- NEW! Integration with all other ISA networking summits
- Search for products, exhibitors and sessions
- Add exhibitors and sessions as favorites and create personalized agendas
- Access real-time floor plan from mobile devices
- Keep up with industry and event happenings by leveraging the social “buzz” features
- Easy to use, directly linked to main event website in real-time
- Seamless integration with LinkedIn and Twitter
- Works on all major smart phones

FASTMATCH IS NOW NETWORK NOW
Formerly known as FASTMATCH, the Network Now scheduling system has been updated with several key upgrades for the 2016 Convention.
New in 2016, Distributors and IMRs will be able to designate a Network Now administrator during the registration process. This administrator will be able to manage all company meeting requests. The Network Now interface also has lots of new features to streamline company data input and make interacting with meeting requests more efficient.

SATURDAY ONLY REGISTRATION
New this year is Saturday-only Convention registration. It’s a great and cost-effective way to have more members of your team to experience the networking and professional development available at the ISA Annual Convention. The Saturday-only registration includes access to all Saturday activities such as Topgolf, professional development workshops with Sam Richter and LinkedIn, the opening general session with Ken Schmidt, and the opening reception.
