Jack, I'm surprised that Illinois isn't in your top 10 worst. Everytime I go to the local republican caucus I leave feeling like moving to Indiana. Our state government isn't working for us. Our local Cook county government is taxing us broke. Tony Periaca calls it a "corruption tax. "
