WW. Grainger repositions for growth
W.W. Grainger may be celebrating its 80-year-old anniversary, but the MRO giant isn’t satisfied with its tremendous growth. The company is in the midst of repositioning itself by re-examining its sales efforts in the country’s top markets as part of its branch expansion plan. The branch expansion/reorganization is part of an overall growth strategy has greatly helped Grainger reach record sales of nearly $6 billion in 2006.
In an extensive interview with SmartBusiness magazine, Richard Keyser, chairman and CEO of W.W. Grainger, touches on the company’s plans for growth. Click here.
