Grainger case could be settled shortly
A whistleblower lawsuit accusing W.W. Grainger of overcharging the U.S. government and re-labeling materials made in restricted countries before selling them to federal agencies is close to settlement, according to the Business Journal of Milwaukee, the newspaper that originally broke the story. The paper said a settlement could be reached within 60 days.
