Milwaukee, Wis.—Catalyst International and Kewill Systems plc began a strategic partnership to provide end-to-end supply chain visibility.

Catalyst, which sells supply chain execution software, will include Kewill.Net integrated e-fulfillment applications as a standard offering within its CatalystComplete? Supply Chain product line. Catalyst will also integrate Kewill's Clippership and Kewill.Ship rate, route and tracking software as part of its Warehouse Management Solution®.

Kewill also acquired all of the rights to Catalyst-Exchange.com technology to enhance its Kewill. Net offering. The two firms also plan to jointly develop knowledge management and vendor quality applications.
