Redwood city, Calif.—The latest generation of Grainger.com, W.W. Grainger's online catalog, went live recently on BroadVision, Inc.'s applications.

BroadVision's e-business software applications used within the Grainger site include its Business Commerce? and BroadVision One-To-One® Publishing?. These tools reduce the cost of order processing, contract administration and customer service, while delivering a personalized purchasing experience for customers, based on an individual profile.

BroadVision says its platform is also integrated with Grainger's inventory systems to provide customer order history and order status. Customers access more than 220,000 MRO products on the site.
