Nordson buys Swiss distributor

Nordson Corp. acquired Wachter, Paul and Co., owner of Bigger Dosier Klebetechnik, a distributor of the Westlake, Ohio-based adhesives dispensing products manufacturer’s EFD product line, for an undisclosed amount.

Vilters, Switzerland-based Bigger Dosier Klebetechnik will be integrated into Nordson (Schweiz) AG and will continue to operate under its own banner.
