Carolina Machine & Tool acquires Georgia distributor

Carolina Machine and Tool Inc.acquired Cutting Tools and Service, a cutting tools distributor headquartered in Buford, Ga.

"This acquisition strengthens our position in Georgia and further solidifies us in the Southeast,” said John Stevens, vice president of Carolina Machine. 

Based in Greenville, S.C., Caroline Machine and Tool is a distributor of cutting tools, abrasives and related MRO products. Its customer base is primarily in North and South Carolina, Georgia and Eastern Tennessee.
