MW Industries acquires RAF Electronic Hardware

MW Industries Inc. acquired RAF Electronic Hardware, a division of R&R Manufacturing Co. for an undisclosed amount.

Headquartered in Seymour, Conn., RAF is a manufacturer and catalog marketer of electronic hardware components to customers in the computer, telecommunications, medical, defense and aviation industries.

“This acquisition is a great complement to our existing catalog operations, adds critical mass to our presence in key segments of the technology sector and strengthens our distribution network,” said Dan Sebastian, president and CEO of MWI.

Based in Logansport, Ind., MW Industries, manufactures springs, stampings and fasteners. It operates 13 facilities and employs over 900 people.
