ProBuild Holdings names new COO

Industrial Distribution staff -- Industrial Distribution, 6/18/2008 11:36:00 AM

ProBuild Holdings Inc. named Bill Myrick as COO.

The Denver-based building materials distributor said Myrick started with the company last year, serving as president of its strategic initiatives group.

In this role, Myrick will oversee all areas of field operations, supply chain, manufacturing, market development and gypsum.

“I am confident that with his in-depth industry experience and leadership skills, Bill is the right person to help ProBuild navigate through the current industry downturn and prepare us for the enormous opportunities that lie ahead,” CEO Paul Hylbert said.
