Pelican Products buys Australian distributor

Pelican Products Inc. purchased its Australian distributor, Pelican Products Australia Pty. Ltd., for an undisclosed amount in its first-ever acquisition.

“The owners, Graeme and Lorraine Roberts, have built a great business and developed a strong reputation for Pelican throughout Australia and we owe them a debt of gratitude for their hard work. As they transition into retirement, we will seek to build upon their success in order to take the Pelican brand to new heights in this region of the world as we continue to build our global reach.” Pelican Products president and CEO Lyndon Faulkner said.

Torrance, Calif.-based Pelican makes flashlights and protective cases.
