Pro-Build Holdings buys two truss manufacturers

ProBuild Holdings acquired truss and panel manufacturer Northeast Panel & Truss LLC and its affiliate Collins Truss Systems Inc. for an undisclosed amount.

Kingston, N.Y.-based Northeast Truss makes roof and floor trusses and wall panels and distributes them in New York’s Hudson Valley region, where Pro-Build has 10 locations.

“This acquisition allows ProBuild to extend our truss capabilities to national and regional builders in our Hudson Valley markets,” ProBuild East region president Buddy Ables said.
