Emerson’s 3-month orders rise

Orders for Emerson rose as much as 15 percent during the three months ended Jan. 31. according to a filing with the federal Securities and Exchange Commission.

Orders rose up to 15 percent in November and December and 10 percent in January, largely due to strong demand for the St. Louis-based diversified manufacturer’s power transmission and fluid automation products.
