PrimeSource acquires 3-G Supply

PrimeSouce Building Products acquired 3-G’s Supply for an undisclosed amount, the Home Channel News Web site reported (registration required.)

The Strongsville, Ohio-based fastener distributor also has locations in Cleveland and East Brunswick, N.J.

Ken Fishbein, co-CEO of the Carrollton, Texas-based building materials distributor, said the deal marks PrimeSource’s first foray into the Cleveland-area market.

“The acquisition of 3-G Supply is going to fulfill a geographic need for PrimeSource,” Fishbein said.
