H.L. Bouton buys Cramer Products

The H.L. Bouton Co. acquired Cramer Products Co. for an undisclosed amount.

Wareham, Mass.-based H.L. Bouton, which makes vision protection products, said the deal includes Cramer’s Vision-Aid line of lens cleaning products. All of the Metamora, Ill.-based company’s inventory, machinery and molds were relocated to Bouton’s two facilities in Wareham and Buzzard’s Bay, Mass.
