HD Supply, Home Depot make deals

HD Supply purchased 15 acres of land in the Cramahe Township section of Ontario.
HD Supply acquired electrical distributor Grafton Utility in 2006 and will build a 50,000-square-foot warehouse and 20,000-square-foot office on the site.Grafton operates in four Canadian cities: Colborne, Ontario; Winnipeg, Manitoba; Calgary, Alberta; and Surrey, British Columbia.
Home Depot sold 11 of its Landscape Supply stores in the Atlanta and Dallas areas to Ram Realty Services of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. for $22 million, CREFeed.com reports.
The home improvement retail giant sold the locations after closing all of its Landscape Supply stores last November. Ram Realty plans to evaluate the 74-acre portfolio to determine which properties to sell which will be redeveloped.
